...Know Him

Grow closer to the Savior by knowing Him intimately.

Knowing Jesus Personally: The Foundation of a Proverbs 31 Woman

A Proverbs 31 woman is known for her strength, wisdom, and grace—but none of that comes from herself. It all begins with a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Knowing about Jesus isn’t enough. True transformation happens when you know Him personally—when He becomes your Savior, your guide, and the foundation of your life.

Knowing Jesus Changes Everything

Life is full of challenges—seasons of joy, trials, uncertainty, and growth. As women, we juggle responsibilities, relationships, and dreams. But when we walk closely with Jesus, we are never alone. He gives us the peace, wisdom, and strength to navigate every season with confidence.

He Gives You Strength Beyond Your Own

A Proverbs 31 woman is described as being clothed in strength and dignity (Proverbs 31:25), but that strength doesn’t come from her—it comes from the One who strengthens her (Philippians 4:13). Life will bring hardships, but knowing Jesus means you never have to rely on your own strength.

With Him, you can:
✔ Face trials with unshakable faith.
✔ Overcome fear and insecurity.
✔ Stand firm in your identity as a daughter of God.

He Replaces Fear with Confidence

The world tells us to worry—to fear the future, to strive endlessly, to compare ourselves to others. But a woman who knows Jesus walks in peace and confidence.

“She laughs without fear of the future.” – Proverbs 31:25

When Jesus is at the center of your life, you don’t have to be controlled by anxiety or uncertainty. Instead, you can trust that He is leading you, working for your good, and equipping you for everything ahead.

He Transforms Your Heart and Purpose

Before anything else, Jesus wants your heart. Knowing Him personally isn’t about following a set of religious rules—it’s about a life-changing relationship that shapes every part of who you are.

✔ He heals the broken places.
✔ He teaches you how to love and forgive.
✔ He calls you to a life of purpose and impact.

A Proverbs 31 woman doesn’t live for herself—she serves, gives, and loves from the overflow of what Jesus is doing in her life.

He Gives You Wisdom for Every Situation

A Proverbs 31 woman “speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue” (Proverbs 31:26). But wisdom doesn’t come from the world—it comes from a deep relationship with Jesus.

When you know Him, you have access to His guidance in your marriage, parenting, work, and daily decisions. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—His Spirit leads you, His Word instructs you, and His presence assures you.

How to Grow in Your Relationship with Jesus

If you want to know Jesus more deeply, here’s where to start:

Spend time in His Word – The Bible isn’t just a book; it’s God’s voice speaking into your life.
Pray daily – Build a relationship with Him through honest, open conversation.
Surrender control – Let go of striving and trust Him to lead your steps.
Surround yourself with godly community – Walk with others who encourage your faith.
Live out your faith – Reflect His love in your family, work, and everyday life.

knowing the faith starts with the cross

Walking in Strength, Wisdom, and Purpose

The woman in Proverbs 31 is not perfect—but she is anchored. Her strength, wisdom, and grace flow from her relationship with Jesus.

When you truly know Him, everything changes. You become a woman who stands firm in faith, walks in wisdom, and lives with unshakable confidence—because your life is built on the One who never fails.

Are you ready to go deeper in your faith? Seek Him, trust Him, and watch how He transforms your life.
